Our Organisation
CIO, is an organisation by the children for the children and of the children under the supervision and mentorship of elders. It would maintain a flexible organisational structure under mentor’s supervision. It may have a leader (e.g., President, Monitor, Captain, or CIO Organizer) and a secretary, nominated by the mentor or elected by CIO members. Term lengths for these positions can be three or six months, or even longer. A lose structure has been proposed in accordance with the age.
